Data controller

This notice is provided by Minju Dijital Ltd. Şti. Hiz., Sultan Selim, Bereket Sok. No:4, 34415 Kağıthane/İstanbul as data controller under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data we process

Through the contact form: full name, company, business email, phone (optional), area of interest and the description you write. We do not ask for special categories of personal data; please do not share them.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to answer your request and to communicate with you about it. The legal basis is Article 5(2)(c) KVKK (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest).

Storage and transfer

Form data is not stored in a database on the website server; it is sent by email. Email and hosting providers act only as technical intermediaries. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Retention

Messages are deleted within a reasonable period after your request is concluded, unless a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing business relationship.
